Ávila Tech Solutions LLC

By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers engaging with Ávila Tech Solutions LLC.


1. Scope of Services

Ávila Tech Solutions LLC provides low-voltage services including, but not limited to, security camera installation, network infrastructure, access control, and system configuration.

All services are performed based on the agreed scope outlined in the estimate, proposal, or invoice.


2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions, wiring complexity, additional materials, or changes requested by the client.

Any additional work outside the original scope will require client approval and may incur extra charges.


3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice or agreement.
A deposit may be required prior to scheduling or starting the project.

Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to make payments may result in service delays, system deactivation (if applicable), or collection actions.


4. Scheduling & Access

The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the job site.

Delays caused by lack of access, site readiness, or third-party dependencies may result in rescheduling or additional charges.


5. Customer Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project information
  • Ensure proper power and internet availability (if required)
  • Approve camera placements and system design before installation

Changes requested after installation may incur additional costs.


6. Equipment & Warranty

All equipment is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Ávila Tech Solutions LLC does not manufacture equipment and is not responsible for defects or failures covered under manufacturer warranty.

We may assist with warranty claims when applicable.


7. Limitation of Liability

Ávila Tech Solutions LLC is not liable for:

  • Loss of data or recorded footage
  • System downtime caused by internet or power outages
  • Third-party service failures
  • Unauthorized access or misuse of the system

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.


8. Service Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship. If an issue arises due to installation, we will address it within a reasonable timeframe.

This does not cover misuse, external damage, or issues unrelated to our work.


9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.


10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
