Our systems may also collect ordinary technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address and access time for security and service operation.

Service-request intake

Project and site-survey requests continue to our secure ATS client intake at portal.avilatechsolutions.com. Submitted information may create or update a client, contact, site and service-request record. General department messages submitted on the Contact page are routed through FormSubmit to the selected ATS email address.

Service providers

We use service providers for website hosting, maps and address suggestions, email delivery, file storage and application operations. These providers process information only as needed to perform those services. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
